The quickest way to resolve this issue is to uninstall and reinstall Qustodio on any devices where you are facing this problem. If you know that your child used their device but nothing was reported by Qustodio during this time period, something may be wrong with your configuration. Qustodio has not been fully configured on their device As soon as your child starts using their device, you’ll see activity in your daily report or weekly summary emails. If you set up Qustodio on your child’s device and they have not used it yet, there is no activity to report. The most common reason why you are not seeing any activity is usually that your child has not used their device.
